Created by Italian artist Simone Legno, tokidoki is a colorful world of spritely characters that draws influence from Japanese art and culture. Tokidoki started as Legno’s personal web site to showcase his art but with the help of passionate business partners, has created a brand that appeals to a huge audience worldwide.
The partnership with Onitsuka Tiger will bring together two unique facets of Japanese culture. Onitsuka Tiger's strong history of creating outstanding athletics products married with tokidoki's modern interpretation of Japanese art will create the perfect blend of function and fashion.
Onitsuka Tiger will work with tokidoki to create two collections a year for the next two years, beginning in May 2008.
